What types of businesses do you work with?

Primarily hospitality businesses (independent hotels, groups, resorts, serviced apartments) and selected travel/lifestyle brands that need commercial strategy, pricing, distribution, and performance improvement. Via a refined network of Finance / Banking / Real Estate individuals we also help any kind of progressive institution which values knowledge, input & action.

Do you offer one-off sessions or only long-term consulting?

Both. You can book a one-off strategy session or workshop, or choose ongoing support (monthly/quarterly) for continuous execution and performance tracking.

What's your process?

We align on goals, review the current reality (data, strategy, channels, operations), identify priorities, then build an action plan with owners, KPIs, and a clear cadence to deliver and measure results.

Can you train non-revenue departments too?

Yes. I regularly train reservations, front office, sales, marketing, and leadership teams — because commercial performance improves when everyone understands the “why” behind pricing and demand.

Do you provide templates/tools?

Yes. Depending on the engagement, I provide practical templates such as KPI trackers, pickup/forecasting sheets, pricing rules, dashboards, and meeting cadences that teams can run independently.
